These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pure Peptide website and your purchase of our products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

2. Products & cosmetic nature

Our products are cosmetics intended to moisturize and improve the appearance of skin. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. We try to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.

3. Pricing & availability

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change at any time. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed at that price.

4. Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Payment is authorized when you place your order and charged when your order is processed.

5. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

If you choose our optional Subscribe & Save plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Key terms:

• Cadence & price: your selected product ships automatically every 60 days at the subscription price (currently 15% off the one-time price), plus applicable taxes and any shipping.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically each cycle. We will charge the payment method on file at the then-current subscription price.
• Skip or cancel anytime: you may skip a shipment or cancel before your next billing date from your account or through our Contact page. There are no cancellation fees.
• Changes: we will give reasonable advance notice of any change to your subscription price or cadence.

6. Shipping, returns & guarantee

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and our 30-day money-back guarantee are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Promotions & discounts

Discounts, bundles, and promotional offers may have additional terms, may not be combined unless stated, and may be modified or ended at any time. Bundle "per jar" pricing reflects the discount applied to the total order.

8. Intellectual property

The Pure Peptide name, logo, content, and site design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

9. Reviews & submissions

Reviews reflect the individual experiences of customers and are not a guarantee of results. If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business, and you confirm it is truthful and your own.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
