Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping options & costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $35.
- Standard shipping on orders under $35: a flat $4.95.
- Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Delivery estimates
After processing, standard orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to location, weather, or peak periods.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Any duties or taxes for applicable destinations are calculated at checkout or collected by the carrier as required.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow its progress. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase price — no return shipping required. To start, reach us through our Contact page with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we process your request. The guarantee applies to your first order of each product.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically every 60 days. You can skip a shipment or cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account or by emailing us — there are no cancellation fees. See our Terms of Service for full subscription details.
